This module focuses on the theory and practice of lean management in global office organisations, including the processes, strategies, methods and tools of global lean office management. You will develop, plan, analyse and present value flows in office organisations and learn to optimise administrative processes.

The module is combined with the Lean Supply Management module to form one taught unit.
