Xin li: "I am from Taiwan, and my hometown is Hualien, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and the ocean. I have been working with the Ministry of Education in Taiwan to support English teaching at universities, where I am also involved in project management and coordination.
With a background in Foreign Languages and Literature, I now hope to expand my knowledge in business and engineering. This program offers me a valuable opportunity to become more professional in the workplace and to broaden my career path. I believe that joining the MBA&E program will greatly benefit me, as it will help me develop cross-disciplinary skills essential for my future career. Moreover, the strong faculty and experienced professors are a great advantage from whom I can learn a lot. I am truly looking forward to my studies here and to exploring new opportunities ahead."
David: "It is an honour to be part of the MBA&E program at HTW Berlin. I decided to join the program because it combines both business management and engineering. This aligns with my background in Process Engineering and my experience working as a sales engineer. The "Smart Business Models and Production Systems" specialization provides the right balance between technical and strategic leadership, which is essential for driving digital transformation in industries.
Beyond academics, I value the program's international and collaborative environment, as it offers an opportunity to exchange ideas and build networks."
