Students acquire the ability to optimize a business management process on the basis of the first specialization module “Leadership, Decision-Making and Digital Business Models in Smart Production Systems”. They learn to develop and apply a combined workflow automation, business intelligence and artificial intelligence tool. Furthermore, students will also learn how to automatically operate, monitor, control and optimize processes and resources. 

For this combined workflow automation, business intelligence and artificial intelligence tool, the influence it has on the processes of the digital value stream is first examined. Finally, the impact of this newly digitized value stream on the digital business model is examined.
