In this module you will get an overview of traditional and recent themes in strategic management, organisation theory and HRM and will learn how they mutually reinforce each other. You will become familiar with the various tools for developing and implementing strategies as well as important strategic HRM policies and practices. You will be discussing cases studies and practical problems in small groups and gain the ability to transfer and apply theoretical concepts to practical issues.
