The complexity of the Apollo program – first man on the moon – made it necessary to systemize Project Management. Project Management is teached on these standards.

During the course a specific customer project will be specified according the customer specification. The concept which fulfills the requirements best at lowest cost need to be developed. Based on this concept, the project structure plan will be derived. Resource planning, schedule, cost planning, risk management are established. Project calculation and preparation of contract negotiation including cultural aspects will be prepared for the specific project. The project and the approach need to be presented to the stakeholders as the company management, suppliers, customers, approval authorities, to get approvals or contracts.

Dedicated teams will work on “their” project during the whole term, finalizing it with a presentation of the whole project. In addition, real state of the art projects are presented including explaining the success factors.
