Students first acquire knowledge of standard software for business administration and engineering. Furthermore, the application of the previously acquired knowledge from the two specialization modules is put into practice as part of a project in the “Digital Lean Learning Office Laboratory”.

For a business management process newly defined on the basis of the first specialization module “Lean Management I” and its support methods, students will design, plan and develop a business intelligence tool based on few / no lines of programming themselves on the basis of the second specialization module “Data Science and Machine Learning for Business”, which enables the operation, monitoring, control and optimization of the process and its resources.
