Various cultural contexts require intercultural competence and the ability to communicate effectively within diverse business cultures. In order to grow the students' sensitivity to cultural differences within teams and in international partnerships, this module focuses on cultural theories and research-based good practices. Graduates will be able to apply their intercultural competences successfully and to work effectively across cultures.
