This course will vest the participants with the ability to apply internationally agreed standards in the design of efficient and competitive value chains. Using their newly gained completencies, the graduates will be able to confidently navigate in globalised business contexts. They will be familiar with various practice oriented instruments for improving process efficiency. They will also be able to deploy them in various practical situations and moderate teams engaged in such projects.
