MBA&E Diversity Enhancement Grant holder

Congratulations to Xin Li – one of our MBA&E Diversity Enhancement Grant recipients - Intake 2025!

We're proud to support passionate women like Xin who are making an impact through their work. Listen to Xin's story and learn how the grant is helping bring her vision to life.

"I am from Taiwan, and my hometown is Hualien, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and the ocean. I have been working with the Ministry of Education in Taiwan to support English teaching at universities, where I am also involved in project management and coordination.
With a background in Foreign Languages and Literature, I now hope to expand my knowledge in business and engineering. This program offers me a valuable opportunity to become more professional in the workplace and to broaden my career path. I believe that joining the MBA&E program will greatly benefit me, as it will help me develop cross-disciplinary skills essential for my future career. Moreover, the strong faculty and experienced professors are a great advantage from whom I can learn a lot. I am truly looking forward to my studies here and to exploring new opportunities ahead."
