You will put your skills in lean management for supply and office environments into practice at HTW Berlin’s training centre. You will learn the importance of hanchos (team leaders), trainers, sponsors and other stakeholders in lean management. Through practical exercises you will learn how to organise and implement learn training yourself. In addition to analysing weak points in the work process, you will develop and test optimisation concepts in the training centre.
