In this seminar you will be introduced to the theory and practice of lean management in global supply organisations, including the processes, strategies, methods and tools of global lean supply management. You will develop, plan, analyse and present value flows in supply organisations and learn to optimise logistic processes and production processes.
The module is combined with the Lean Office Management module to form one taught unit.
